You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
