Order Changes & Cancellations

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

If still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, though replacements are not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the item at no cost after verifying the issue.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
