Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once it has been dispatched.

Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on your selected method and location.

  • EVERLIFE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can modify or cancel an order only before it ships.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make adjustments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

  • If still missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, though replacements are not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item at no cost after verifying the issue.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

Payment

  • Orders are charged at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All transactions are securely processed.

Order Confirmation Issues

  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour, check your spam folder.

  • If it’s not there, reach out to us and we will resend it.
